What leaders tell us in the first conversation

None of these are signs you are failing. They are signs the job has outgrown the habits that got you here. Coaching is where you build the next set.

In their words

Six months in, my calendar looks completely different. I make fewer decisions, and better ones, and my leadership team runs the weekly meeting without me. Adrian never told me what to do, but he never let me off the hook either.

The 360 interviews were uncomfortable and exactly what I needed. My peers saw things I had completely missed.David K., VP Sales, healthcare
I came in to work on executive presence. I left with a way of running my week that has stuck for two years.Aisha B., Managing Director, finance

Leaders with real scope: founders, C-suite, VPs and directors, and high-potential managers stepping into their first executive role.

Most engagements are company-sponsored. We agree goals with your sponsor, but the content of your sessions stays between you and your coach.

Coaching is forward-looking and focused on your work. Unlike a mentor, your coach does not give you their playbook; they help you build yours. If therapy would serve you better, we will say so.

Most are by video. Clients in the Boston area can meet in person, and Summit clients get on-site days with their leadership team.

That depends on the goals you set and the work you put in. We measure progress with your stakeholders at the start and end, so you will see clearly what has changed.

Lead from a clearer place.

Start with the self-assessment, or go straight to a discovery call. Either way, the first conversation is on us.
